Brisket Saw Designed for the precise cutting of the anterior chest bone of cattle, the Brisket Saw is a powerful, controlled, and ergonomic solution for modern slaughterhouse lines. Installed at the brisket-opening station, the system helps the operator manage the cutting process confidently with balancer support.

Controlled and Safe Cutting

The cutting tip is designed to help reduce the risk of damaging internal organs. The operator begins the cut at a 45° angle and continues in a straight line for a controlled cutting process. Manual, balancer-supported operation enables comfortable and balanced use of the saw at the slaughter line.
