Slaughterhouse Systems
They are manufactured to be used as small scaled slaugterhouses or slaughterhouses which have small capacity. The materials which is used to manufacture all the surfaces that contacts the meat is made of 304 quality stainless supplies. Hot-dip galvanizing or electro galvanizing process is used for other machine bodies. Conventional cattle slaughter box is preferred because of the requirement of a small space. Butcher work stations are made to meet tje standard requirements. Monorail or twinrail is used for corridors or cold rooms. Offals are transferred to slaughterhouse by trolleys. Cold storages are placed according to daily capacity for for cutting process. The shipment is made as carcass. Standard aluminum and galvanized hooks are used for cutting process.
