The Pneumatic Transferring Platform is a safe slaughterhouse work platform designed to adjust the working level according to animal height and the butcher’s operating position. Its pneumatic movement system supports a faster and more flexible workflow than fixed platforms in transfer operations.

Adjustable Working Height

The platform level can be adjusted to suit operating conditions. Its working height range of 500 mm to 1,700 mm adapts to different station and operational requirements, while the foot-controlled movement system provides practical handling.

Safe and Smooth Movement

The system is supported by twin pneumatic cylinders, movement-speed control, and a sliding guide structure. A control panel together with lower and upper limit switches helps manage platform movement in a controlled manner.

Durable Platform Construction

Designed at 800 × 1,000 mm according to operating conditions, the platform is covered with 3 mm aluminium sheet. A Ø 1-inch pipe parapet around the platform edge and a 100 × 100 × 4 mm box-profile frame create a strong and safe structure.

Pneumatic System Protection

An air-inlet filter and air dryer help protect the pneumatic cylinders. The system is centred by two polyamide skids positioned 1,000 mm apart, supporting balanced operation.
