It is used in Slaughterhouse systems for removing the brain from the inside of the head in the offal Chamber of slaughtered animals. The machine can operate hydraulically or pneumatically. It allows you to separate the head bone into two pieces and take the brain inside without damaging it. Machine cutter mouth is made of hardened steel and has long life. There is a fixing apparatus. It is controlled by foot control.
